Besides as presented in Chapter 18C of the overall Statutes or partly 2 of this text, anyone or Group that operates any match of prospect or anyone who performs at or bets on any game of chance at which any revenue, property or other point of price is wager, if the exact same be in stake or not, shall be responsible of a category 2 misdemeanor.
